What a reapplication review examines
In the applications we are asked to review, the issues we look for are practical rather than mysterious: an incomplete file, financial evidence that does not match the stated plan, a purpose of travel that was never properly evidenced, or a circumstance that needed a short factual explanation and never received one.
What we will not do
We will not present a refusal as a formality, imply that a resubmission is automatically stronger, or build a file around information you cannot support. If the honest answer is to wait or not to reapply, that is the answer you will get.

Frequently asked questions
Can you overturn a refusal?
No. A refusal decision belongs to the authority that made it. What we can do is review the previous application and help prepare a new one properly.
Will reapplying improve my chances?
We cannot promise that, and any service that does should be treated with caution. We will give you an honest view of whether a stronger application is realistically achievable.
What do you need from me?
The refusal information you were given, the application as submitted, and the documents that accompanied it. Without those, a review is guesswork.
Do you handle appeals or administrative review?
Formal appeal or review work is regulated in many jurisdictions. We only undertake such work where appropriately authorised, and we will say so plainly rather than implying otherwise.
