Visitor visas

Visitor Visa Assistance

Short-stay travel for tourism, family visits and events — prepared as one coherent file covering purpose of travel, funds, accommodation and your ties to the country you live in.

What a visitor application has to answer

Four questions sit behind almost every short-stay decision.

Why this trip, how it is funded, where you will stay, and what brings you back. A file that answers those plainly is a strong file.

Tourism and short holidays

A dated itinerary, accommodation for the whole stay and funds that plainly cover the trip. Most weak visitor files are weak here rather than anywhere exotic.

Visiting family and friends

The host's status, address and invitation matter as much as your own evidence. Where the host contributes to costs, that support is documented rather than implied.

Events, conferences and exhibitions

Registration, dates and who is paying. A short trip with a clear published event behind it is easier to read than an open-ended visit.

Medical or transit-related travel

Appointment or treatment documentation, funding for it, and the return plan. Onward travel routes are checked against the destination's own transit rules.

Where our responsibility ends

What Gulf United Mobility does not do.

Being clear about this is part of a professional service. It also tells you exactly which parts of the process we can genuinely improve.

  • We do not issue visas or decide applications.
  • We do not control embassy, consulate, visa-centre or immigration processing times.
  • We cannot guarantee appointment availability or appointment dates.
  • We do not guarantee approval, and no responsible service can.
  • Regulated work is only performed where appropriately authorised.

Where visitor applications usually go wrong

In our experience the recurring problems are ordinary ones: a stated purpose that the documents do not support, funds that appear shortly before submission without explanation, accommodation covering only part of the stay, and no clear picture of employment, business or study commitments at home. None of those are solved by a longer cover letter; they are solved by better evidence, assembled before submission.

Visitor, business or student?

If the trip involves permitted business activity, use our business visa assistance. If a place at an institution has been confirmed, use student visa assistance. Family visits to the GCC and abroad are covered on our family and visit visa page, and a previous refusal belongs on our reapplication review.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a visitor visa and a business visa?

A visitor visa covers tourism, family visits, events and other non-remunerated short stays. A business visa covers permitted business activity such as meetings, negotiations, audits or training, and the sponsoring or inviting company usually forms part of the file. If you will be paid in the destination country, neither route is normally correct.

Which destinations do you prepare visitor applications for?

United Kingdom, the Schengen area, the United States, Canada and Australia. Each has its own dedicated service page with the documentation approach and official sources for that route.

How far ahead should I start?

As early as your travel plans are realistic. Appointment availability, biometrics, document collection and any attestation step all sit outside our control, so time is the single most useful thing you can give a visitor application.

Do I need confirmed flights and hotels before applying?

Requirements differ by destination and are set by the deciding authority, not by us. Where confirmed travel arrangements help or are expected, Gulf United Mobility can arrange flights, accommodation and travel insurance through reputable third-party providers if you do not already have them.

Can a previous refusal be addressed in a new visitor application?

Often yes, but only by responding to the stated refusal grounds with new or better-evidenced facts. That work belongs on our reapplication review service rather than in a repeat submission.

Does Gulf United Mobility decide the outcome?

No. Every visitor visa decision belongs to the relevant immigration authority or consulate. We prepare, organise and manage the application so it is assessed on a complete and accurate file.

Clear scope. Accountable delivery.
