Premium Residency is administered by the Premium Residency Center and is offered through official Saudi government channels. It provides residency for eligible foreign nationals without the need for a conventional employer sponsor, under conditions published by the authority.

Duration options

Unlimited or renewable.

The programme includes an unlimited-duration product and a renewable product. Which one is available depends on the category you qualify under and the conditions published by the authority.

Unlimited duration

A permanent-style product issued once the applicant meets the published conditions. It is issued and priced by the Premium Residency Center, not by us.

Renewable duration

A time-limited product that must be renewed under the rules in force at the time of renewal. Continued eligibility is assessed by the authority.

Can family members be included?

How long does an application take?
