1. Purpose of this website
This website explains what Gulf United Mobility does and provides general information about visa, mobility and business-setup support. Published information is general in nature, is not advice for an individual case, and does not by itself create an engagement. Requirements differ by nationality, residence, destination and application type, and should be confirmed for your own case at the relevant time.
2. Our role
Gulf United Mobility provides preparation, coordination and managed service support. That means reviewing what the relevant authority publishes for your route, guiding what needs to be provided, preparing and organising the application file, coordinating appointments and required arrangements, and managing the case through to submission readiness.
Gulf United Mobility does not issue visas, permits, residency approvals, admissions or any other government approval, and is not an immigration authority, embassy, consulate or visa application centre. Every decision on an application rests with the relevant authority.
3. Accuracy of client information
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and current information, and for providing genuine documents that belong to the applicant. Our work depends on what you give us. Incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent information can affect the quality of a submission and the outcome of an application, and we cannot be responsible for consequences arising from information or documents that were not accurate.
4. Genuine documents only
Gulf United Mobility will not knowingly prepare, create, alter, arrange or submit fabricated, altered, misleading or fraudulent documents or evidence of any kind. This includes false bookings, false financial records, false employment or study documents and false confirmations. If we identify that material provided to us is not genuine, we will stop work on the case.
5. Service scope
Every paid engagement is based on a service scope agreed in writing before work begins. The scope sets out what is included, what is not included, what you need to provide and the sequence of the work. Anything outside the agreed scope is a separate matter and is only carried out if it is agreed and confirmed separately.
6. Professional fees
Gulf United Mobility does not publish fixed service prices. Each case is reviewed individually and the professional fee is confirmed to you separately, in writing, together with the agreed service scope. Fees are for the professional preparation, coordination and management work described in that scope.
7. Government and third-party charges
Unless a written scope or quotation expressly states otherwise, third-party charges are separate from our professional fee. These can include government and authority fees, visa application centre and appointment fees, biometric fees, priority or premium service charges, insurance premiums, airline and accommodation costs, translation, attestation and legalisation charges, courier costs and bank or payment charges.
Third-party charges are set by those organisations and can change without notice.
8. Travel arrangements
Where flights, accommodation or travel insurance form part of an agreed scope, these are arranged through legitimate third-party providers. Gulf United Mobility coordinates the arrangement; it is not itself an airline, hotel, accommodation provider or insurer, and does not underwrite or operate those services. The provider's own terms, conditions, change rules and cancellation rules apply to any booking or policy.
9. Appointment availability
Appointment slots, biometric enrolment and submission capacity are controlled by the relevant authority, embassy, consulate or application centre. We coordinate appointment booking where that is part of the agreed scope, but availability, timing, rescheduling and cancellation rules are outside our control, and no specific appointment date can be promised.
10. Processing times
Processing times are determined by the relevant authority. Published guide times can change, and individual cases can take longer, including where additional checks or further information are requested. Gulf United Mobility does not guarantee any processing time.
11. Application decisions
No approval is guaranteed. The decision on any visa, permit, admission or approval is made solely by the relevant authority, on the basis of its own rules and assessment. Preparation and coordination work is provided on that basis, and the professional fee reflects the work carried out, not the outcome.
12. Client delays
Timelines set out in a service scope assume that requested information, documents, confirmations and payments are provided when requested. Missing information, delayed documents, late confirmation of details or delayed responses may affect the timeline, the appointment options available and the intended travel dates.
13. Changes in official requirements
Immigration rules, evidence requirements, forms, fees, appointment procedures and eligibility conditions can change, and can change at short notice. We work from what the relevant authority publishes at the time of your case. Where requirements change during a case, we will tell you what that means for your application and for the agreed scope.
14. Third-party services
Where a case involves external organisations — authorities, application centres, appointment or biometric providers, insurers, airlines, accommodation providers, translation, attestation or courier services, or professional partners — those organisations act under their own terms, service standards and privacy practices. We coordinate with them as the agreed scope requires, and we are not responsible for their decisions, delays, errors or service failures.
15. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in the applicable quotation and service scope for each engagement, and depend on the stage the work has reached and on third-party charges already incurred, which are generally non-recoverable once paid to the relevant organisation. A universal published cancellation and refund policy has not been adopted; until one is published, the terms of your own quotation and service scope apply.
16. Secure client area
Where a private client area is provided for your case, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in access confidential, including one-time sign-in links, any password you set and access to the email account linked to your case. Do not share access with anyone who is not authorised to act on your case. If you suspect unauthorised access, or that your email account or password has been compromised, notify us without delay so that access can be reviewed.
You are also responsible for the accuracy of information and documents you upload, and for confirming that you are entitled to submit documents relating to another person, such as a family member or dependant.
17. Intellectual property
The content of this website — including text, page structure, guides, graphics, illustrations, the Gulf United Mobility name and the Gulf United Mobility brand marks — belongs to Gulf United Mobility, except for material owned by third parties and used with permission or under licence. You may read, share and link to pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish, adapt or commercially reuse the content without our written permission.
References to authorities, application centres and other organisations are for identification and source purposes only and do not imply endorsement, agency or affiliation.
18. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website, to a client account, to case records or to internal administrative systems. You may not attempt to interfere with the service, submit malicious files, use automated scraping or bulk-request tools against the site or its forms, submit false enquiries, or use the site or its contact channels for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service and client information.
19. External links
This website links to external sources, including official government and authority pages, so that you can verify requirements directly. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or accuracy. Official pages change; always read the current version of the source page for your own route.
20. Liability
Gulf United Mobility carries out its work with reasonable professional care and skill. Because application outcomes, processing times, appointment availability and third-party performance are outside our control, we are not responsible for losses arising from those matters, from information or documents that were not accurate or complete, or from changes in official requirements.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any additional engagement-specific terms and limits are set out in the applicable service scope.
21. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as our services develop. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and the version published here at the time applies to your use of the website. Terms specific to a paid engagement are those confirmed in your own quotation and service scope.
22. Contact
