Where hosted visits go wrong
The most common weakness is a mismatch: an invitation describing one plan, bookings describing another, and funding evidence that does not clearly show who is paying. Each document may be genuine, yet together they read as an unclear case.
Hosts and applicants both have work to do
We set out precisely what the host needs to provide and what the applicant needs to hold, then review both sides before submission so nothing depends on a last-minute email.

Frequently asked questions
Does a family invitation guarantee a visa?
No. An invitation supports the stated purpose of the visit. The decision is made entirely by the relevant authority.
Can you help my relative abroad prepare their invitation?
We advise on what an invitation should contain and review what your host provides. Correspondence with your host remains with you unless separately agreed.
Can a whole family apply together?
Yes. Family groups are prepared as one coordinated set of files under a single scope with one case lead.
Do you handle long-term family or settlement routes?
This service covers visit travel. Longer-term routes are assessed case by case, and we will tell you plainly if a requirement falls outside what we can responsibly support.
