Domestic Employee / Nanny B-1 Visa Assistance
Certain domestic employees or nannies accompanying qualifying foreign-national employers may be eligible to apply under the B-1 visitor classification. This is NOT a general US employment visa. Eligibility depends on the employer’s status, the employment relationship and the specific circumstances; not every accompanying domestic employee qualifies.
Government, embassy, visa application centre, biometrics, insurance, translation, courier and other applicable third-party charges are separate.
Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant immigration authority. Gulf United Mobility does not guarantee visa approval.
