Vietnam visa assistance

Vietnam e-visa assistance for GCC travellers.

Vietnam's official e-visa is open to all nationalities, valid for up to 90 days with single or multiple entry. Most GCC citizens and expatriates use it. We check whether an exemption applies, then prepare an accurate e-visa application.

Entry requirements overview

Do you need a visa for Vietnam?

It depends on the passport you hold, not only where you live. Many travellers need no visa at all; others need an eVisa or a consular visa.

e-visa

All nationalities

Apply online at evisa.gov.vn. E-visas are valid for up to 90 days, single or multiple entry. This applies to GCC citizens and to Indian, Pakistani and Egyptian residents of the Gulf.

Exemptions

Limited ordinary-passport exemptions

No general GCC ordinary-passport exemption was found on Vietnam's published list. Filipino ordinary passports are exempt for 21 days. Diplomatic-passport agreements do not apply to ordinary passports.

Business

Business visitors

Business travellers commonly use the e-visa, but it does not authorise employment. Specific business activities are confirmed with Vietnamese immigration or the embassy.

GCC citizens

Plan for an e-visa unless current official guidance confirms an exemption for your passport.

Expatriates resident in the GCC

Your nationality — not GCC residence — determines eligibility. The e-visa is the usual route.

Vietnam's latest consolidated exemption list we reviewed is dated 30 June 2025. We reconfirm current exemptions before advising.
Digital requirements

eVisas, authorisations and arrival cards.

Official online systems only. Gulf United Mobility never submits arrival cards or applications through unofficial agent websites.

Government fees and our professional fee are separate

Government visa fees, eVisa charges, authorisation fees and any visa-centre or service-provider charges are set by the relevant authority or its appointed provider. They are paid to them, are subject to change, and are normally non-refundable whatever the outcome.

Gulf United Mobility's published professional service fee covers assessment, preparation, document review and submission guidance only. The applicable route and scope are confirmed before work begins; it is never a government fee. Where no visa is needed, we tell you — we do not sell an unnecessary application.
