Gulf United Mobility is not a government body, embassy, consulate or appointed application centre. The requirements we work to are those published by the authorities below, and they may change at any time.
Passport nationality, Saudi residence and visitor eligibility
Saudi passport holders should check the Canadian visitor-visa entry requirements. Expatriates must use their own passport nationality when checking whether a visa or another travel authorisation applies; an Iqama does not replace a Canadian entry document. IRCC requires a valid travel document, sufficient funds and satisfaction that you will leave at the end of the visit, alongside its health and admissibility requirements.
IRCC online applications and Saudi supporting evidence
Follow IRCC’s official visitor application instructions and the personalised document checklist produced for your application. Check any additional visa-office requirements for Saudi Arabia rather than treating a generic checklist as complete. Prepare current residence evidence for expatriates, employment or business income records, bank statements, trip funding and a realistic travel plan where relevant.
IRCC: how to apply and country-specific documents
For a family visit, explain who you will see, the relationship, accommodation and who pays for what. A host invitation supports the purpose but does not guarantee a visa. Keep the financial evidence consistent with income and the proposed length of stay; IRCC does not prescribe one universal bank balance for every visitor. Follow the application instructions for translations of Arabic documents.
Build a file that explains your circumstances, not just your balance
Residence and return plans
For expatriates, check the name, validity and status shown by your Saudi residence evidence. Explain recent employer changes or renewal circumstances truthfully where relevant. For citizens, evidence of ongoing employment, business, family or other commitments can explain your circumstances. These are evidence categories, not a guarantee or a universal mandatory list.
Funding and employment
Work out a realistic trip budget and identify the actual payer. Compare salary credits with the employment certificate and declared income. Explain substantial unusual deposits with genuine supporting information rather than disguising them. If a host or employer contributes, separate their contribution from your own funds. Do not move money merely to manufacture an apparent financial position.
Purpose and document quality
Set out who you will visit, intended dates, activities and accommodation. Keep the itinerary, leave dates, host information and application consistent. Upload readable documents into the correct fields and follow the authority’s translation instructions for Arabic evidence. Avoid purchasing non-refundable travel solely to strengthen an undecided application.
Canada biometrics in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar
IRCC’s VAC directory lists Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia. These are contracted service locations, not visa decision-makers. The directory warns that services and opening hours can change at short notice: confirm the provider’s current address and services before travelling.
IRCC: Saudi visa application centre directory
If IRCC requires new biometrics, book after receiving the biometric instruction letter and follow its deadline. Biometrics appointments are free to book; this is distinct from the official biometric fee and any separate optional centre services. Check whether existing biometrics are still usable for your application. We cannot give biometrics on your behalf or create appointment capacity.
Family visits and previous Canadian refusals
A family connection does not replace the visitor requirements. Explain the temporary purpose and continuing employment, business or family commitments outside Canada with genuine evidence. If you were refused, review the letter alongside the earlier form and uploads. Address the stated concerns with facts and relevant evidence before deciding to reapply; unchanged documents do not guarantee a different decision.

Prepare Your Visa ApplicationFrequently asked questions
Are Canadian biometric centres listed in all three Saudi cities?
IRCC lists Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar. Confirm the provider’s current address, available services and appointment before travelling; a directory listing does not promise a slot.
Do I book biometrics before applying?
If new biometrics are required, follow IRCC’s process and book when you receive the biometric instruction letter. Follow the deadline and instructions in that letter.
Does a relative in Canada guarantee my visitor visa?
No. You must still satisfy the visitor requirements, including a temporary purpose, funding and intention to leave. IRCC alone decides.
Is your team based in Saudi Arabia?
Gulf United Mobility operates from Bahrain and supports Saudi Arabia remotely. We do not have a Saudi office and are not an embassy, consulate, government authority or appointed visa application centre.
Can I upload my passport or bank statements with my first enquiry?
No. The initial enquiry only asks for basic contact and travel information. Sensitive documents are collected securely after the service scope and onboarding are agreed.
